**We Accept Most Dental Insurance Plans**
We are participating providers for:
- HDS (Hawaii Dental Service)
- Delta Dental Service (All States)
- HMSA PPO Plans (Preferred Provider Plans)
- UCCI / Tri-Care (United Concordia and Tri-Care Delta)
As a courtesy, we will file all of your insurance claims if allowed by your insurance carrier. We will also accept “The Assignment of Benefits”. What this means to you is: You will only have to pay your estimated co-payment at the time of the visit, even if we are not a participating provider of your insurance carrier.
Our office will do everything possible to help you maximize the insurance benefits to which you are entitled.
In most cases, we can begin treatment prior to receiving an authorization from the dental insurance company. However, patients need to understand that in the event the dental insurance company refuses to pay any part or all of your treatment, you are responsible for all fees.
