Our normal business hours are:
Tuesday through Friday:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
We are closed for lunch
- 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Appointment Etiquette
As a courtesy, Dr. Yasuhara’s office confirms appointments 2 business days in advance. Should you find you need to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If the vacated time can be filled, we will waive the charge.
To ensure all patients receive the full benefit of their treatments, we strive to start and end appointments on schedule. Please plan on arriving approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking, elevator, and updates to your personal/insurance information. If you are running late, we appreciate a phone call and will do our best to extend the same courtesy.
Please be sure to bring any new personal and / or insurance coverage information to your appointment.
